Weight Loss to Control Weight
I hope you enjoyed the holidays 🙂 over the Christmas and New Year … And that you received lots of lovely presents – got to share some good conversation and break bread with the people in your life that inspire you as well as those that are not so fun to be around (the season can be challenging in regards to family members who trigger aspects you’ve long forgotten). The holidays are a time to celebrate and obviously food plays a substantial part iat that or any other time of year when there is a special occasion.
And then the end of December arrives and those New Year’s Resolutions come to the fore – again … Soooo you know what’s coming next 🙂 What Did You Decide You Are Going To Change ‘FOREVER’ In 2010, what is it that you decided you are NOT bringing into the new decade?
Perhaps it was your Weight Control … Do you want to get it under control … if so you’ve come to the right place. Weight is a particular passion of mine, especially relationships with food. I know what it is to comfort eat and run to food for cover when an emotional trigger sets you off.
What is different about these techniques is that they help you deal with the underlying issues, issues that you’ve perhaps not wanted to find or know about because they’d be too horrible right? But there’s the thing, these techniques can be so gentle and have any feelings addressed quicker than you’d ever believe possible.
You’ll learn how to deal with cravings even when you deal with one and another starts up … they can all be addressed and gotten out of your system.
This is something you can do if you want it … you can be free of the binging, the guilt, the misery, loneliness and boredom and get your life back on track and energized just as you’d like.

Is … The best thing of all is that you will be able to eat What You Like and still lose weight. How is that done? Well once you have all of the above addressed then you’ll be far more relaxed around food, and inevitably you’ll eat less. But I hear you say 🙂 does that mean I’ll turn to another substance, lets say alcohol. We’ll address that as well and make sure there’s no switch …
How will you know its worked
You will know its worked for you because you’ll notice, see and feel the difference and that’s when you know you’ve met your 2010 commitment to yourself for No More Diets and Poor Relationships with Food.
