Staying healthy can be more of a challenge than we openly admit, what often happens instead is that health symptoms get to the point where they can no longer be ignored, which means it’s often open to the symptoms having to be managed one way or another.
Being proactive with your health is the way to go, as is shown through systems like meditation, mindfulness, eating in a balanced way (80/20) and moving the body. But just focusing on one of these areas at the expense of the others tends not to be the answer, so we need to throw a swath of techniques at the issue and this applies even more so as we age. Anyone who tells you there’s a one-size fits all solution to good health is biased in some way.
Keeping Long-Term Stress At Bay

Stress is the factor and we live in a world where everything is needed yesterday, it can be a tough gig, especially on sensitive folk, and developed a tough skin is how people often survive. But, if this is at the expense of your softer side, then something has to give, ad usually it shows itself in your health.
So being proactive and learning some handy tools that alleviate stress, on the spot, is the answer, and techniques that you can use anywhere, anytime, in any situation, without having to be obvious is even better.
