Changing the taste-buds is vital in getting released from the stressful vicious circle this leads you into time and again.
We know (on some level) that this is just manufactured junk being churned out by companies who aren’t invested in your health. But more importantly it keeps many you away from your ideal shape, weight and energy levels.
This teaches you what is happening in the body and why you’re reaching for refined sugars, carbohydrates and fatty products, in relation to stress. And dealing with the stress, is a vital component of course.
