Sensitivities and reactions
It’s important to know what sensitivities have so that you can take caution, and if you decide to work on them that’s on offer as well. But just knowing goes a long way on the peace-of-mind front.
Wikipedia defines food allergies this way, and it’s usually where the body mistakes a food substance for a foreign body, and so reacts in a certain way.

Food allergies and META-Health
META-Medicine believes that allergies, are like phobias in the way the body and brain learn them. Something dramatic happens and at the same time you may have been eating a certain food, or somewhere in the vicinity, and at this point the brain learns to react against the substance.
The original dramatic event gets forgotten consciously, but the subconscious always remembers and in order to protect you it will react whenever you come into contact with that substance (or situation in the case of a phobia).
Once the emotional drama is cleared the allergies disappear, but firstly the allergy needs identifying.
