This Level 3 Workshop relies on the previous two that help to learn exactly what is going on with weight in the body and enable you to both change the habit but also transform yourself by not then leaning on other crutches for support, because the need has been vanquished once and for all.

This 3-day workshop is for those who want to go a step further and cleanse the body for a number of reasons, this is suitable for you if:

  • It’s your wish to be free of some chronic ailments that have hounded you for the longest time
  • If you have a terminal health condition, changing from the traditionally accepted western way-of-eating, even if for a temporary period, while you get through this phase, is one of the best commitments you can make, alongside other areas that are highlighted at Level 2
  • You are seeking a deep cleansing programme to re-energise
  • Give your digestive system a rest
  • It will help you understand the different food groups and how they affect you personally
  • It covers juicing and nutritional supplements
  • You’ll learn about colon cleansing
  • There will be an option to experience fasting with a professional and proven approach
