Working one-to-one with Jane lets you dig into whatever holds you back from living a better quality-of-life, no matter what area is lacking.
Being the best version of yourself is what really matters and when you feel out-of-sync in one of more areas of your life it often impacts on the other areas too.
“Jane is very open to work with, she made me feel safe during our sessions.
I felt completely heard, everything I wanted to work on was dealt with in the right order.”

What This Helps With

This works on a range of issues, if you have more than one of these it’s best to deal with them simultaneously, during a series of sessions, over whatever spread of time suits you:
- Chronic health symptoms such as pain, diagnosed conditions (working in tandem with medical advice)
- Behavioural challenges like making poor relationship choices, outbursts of uncontrollable anger
- Stress & Anxiety based problems that result in poor lifestyle choices
- Compulsion & Addiction such as out-of-sync eating habits, gambling, sex, alcohol
- Fear & Phobias like having medical treatment, seeing a dentist, giving a presentation and public speaking
What This Does For You
When you have any sort of condition, that plays on your mind, as a constant presence, it invades your every day thoughts and stops you from having the quality of life everyone deserves.
For example, if you want to develop your career opportunities it’s expected that you’ll have to take further training courses and study at each level you want to achieve. Yet when it comes to personal happiness most people believe they are stuck with how they feel, but is it really true?
These techniques are cutting-edge and let you get to the next-level with far less effort than you would imagine possible.
Being happier in yourself means you can get better at being proactive in your relationships; as a partner, as a parent, as a friend, as a son, as a daughter, as a boss, as a worker, and more besides. And this makes you more well-liked and who doesn’t like the feeling of being liked?
And if you don’t want to have a better experience of life, then you can stop reading now, because this is definitely not for you.
Being Better At Being You
Becoming a better person means having more of an internal feel-good-factor, as well as becoming someone that other people want to spend more time around. No-one is born as the finished article and taking the approach that we-are-all-a-work-in-progress approach means that just working on one thing to improve yourself is something that everyone benefits from, especially you.
Getting the best out of life and being at-the-top-of-your-game may become more challenging as you get older, or ‘maybe’ aging is just another myth that needs busting, a mission I’m on for sure.
As a result of working with Jane there’s been a significant difference in how I feel about myself.
Working with her was easy and fun.
The changes have been profound and are still making a difference. Thank you!
