Weight Loss
Kick The Dieting Habit (KTDH) is another service I offer where people can learn how to address weight issues without dieting. A it of a shock for some but it transpires there is around 60-yrs of research that has shown again and again that dieting and exercise do not affect weight loss in the majority of people. In fact diets are proven to put weight on over time, but it’s up to you.
What does help out-of-sync eating habits is working on what lies behind the habit. And that’s were the techniques found here at Jane Unsworth are used. At KTDH we also address all things symptom, hormone and mood-swing related. Go over there if it’s something you want help with, as we offer a range of ways of working with you, to suit all pockets.
Private Sessions For Symptoms
ABC Simple As is my founding business that I started in 2007 and where I’ve seen clients (between that and KTDH) over the years. There you will find information on how disease symptoms work, for physical and mental health, eating disorders, out-of-sync relationships and medical phobias. If you have any sets of symptoms running and would like help in shifting them out of your system that can be arranged.
Body Cleanse
Kelly Sangiuseppe is a Massage and Hydro-Therapist at Trinity Clinic in Folkestone. she is friendly and approachable which helps to relax you from the moment you step into the treatment room.
This helps anyone who is looking to cleanse their digestive system, especially when making the switch away from eating refined products into more naturally sourced products. It’s good for revitalising the physical system during serious illness where the body needs all the help it can get.
Media
Clare Unsworth and Daniel Battersby run their film and video production company at Fox Bite Media based in Folkestone and travel to where they’re needed. They chat and put you at ease and manage to show people off at their best without being obvious about it.
They bring out the best in you by asking the right questions that get to the heart of what you wanted to say. The final cut is sensitive, intuitive, and superbly edited.
